Just Launched! Ability to do after class survey. Why is this important? Let’s say a member is really discouraged about their classes. This survey might just capture that feedback so your team can go right to work helping this member get past their frustrations. How it works: Set it up in RainMaker to send the survey automatically after every 11th class (you choose how often, and if you even want to do it), then, every 11 classes the member receives an email asking how last night’s class went. They click a link to vote, super simple. That vote is logged, then they are asked if they want to send any feedback along with their vote. See the results right on the RainMaker Dashboard.
