Just Like the Rain Back in my teenage years, reminiscing all the memories in my high school life where I remember that one special guy who make me feel how to be loved and how to fall in love. He is the exclamation point in every bliss moment in my life. It all started one afternoon, I was so excited to go home and suddenly a heavy rain poured. Unfortunately I forgot my umbrella. I sighed, a heavy one. I was waiting in front of our school and suddenly I feel a presence beside me. I look at you and you said Not a good day eh? I just nodded and said I hate rain at di ko sasabihin kung bakit. That was the first conversation we had and that was also the time we became friends. We shared our stories, non-sense gossips, our little secrets, and we talk about anything goes under the sun. As time goes by, little by little, Im starting to fall for him. I appreciate his sweet gestures, smile and efforts but i just kept my feelings because Im scared to take the risk, too scared that he might left me. And then one day umulan ulit pero this time kasabay ko na siyang umuwi then he remembered that i hate rain. Then suddenly he held my hand and said I will help you to appreciate and enjoy the rain. and tinotoo niya nga yung sinabi niya. Simula nun nagustuhan ko na yung ulan. At habang nag sasaya kami sa gitna ng ulan (so cheesy no? mainggit kayo) higlang dumating ang gf niya at nag bago ang lahat it seems like everything was fading habang nakikita ko silang nag lalandian sa harap ko at habang puimapatak ang ulan umiiyak din ako at tumalikod nalang. Totoo nga ang sabi sabi na rain is indeed mysterious because our love is like a rain kunsaaan nag eenjoy kana dun titila ang ulan. Moral lesson: mag dala ka ng payong para di ka umaasa sa wala. :) Share ko lang pero naka move on nako. HAHAHA :D Alumna 2001-2002
