Just Sayin - I hear all these complaints about FB... truth of the matter is that it is your choice how you use it. Sure there are some little aggravations along the way but it is an amazing tool to keep up with friends and family - to be connected to a world much bigger than we like to admit, to stay informed and to share the story of our lives. People complain but most of them are RIGHT here...whether you are a scanner, a stalker, a sharer, a supporter, part timer , all the timer, skeptic, or believer there is a place for you here. We can use this forum to spread lies, to tell truths, to encourage, to tear down - its up to us. We can turn it on and turn it off. So NO i dont think it takes me away from in person interractions because I would not have them anyway - Im too busy with work and my real life (that I do have despite the notion that you cant be online and have a real life). In this busy day and age its nice to know that the people I care about are doing ok, that they need prayer, or just had a success...this is one place to get all that and more. My only real complaint about FB??? that I did not think of it first :)
