Just a few updates on future Fitness for Hospice events. On March 22nd Subways Commit to Fit program will be once again be sponsoring our annual Spin for Hospice from 7-12 at Casino Windsor. Still room to reserve a bike and more info at windsorspinathon. The next day at the Running Factory, Gary Belanger will be hosting their annual 5KM Run/Walk for Hospice. Lastly the Belle River Tri/Du is now live and you can register for this years events that will feature The Ontario Provincial Triathlon Sprint Championships on July 6th. We are very excited to be putting on this event here as it will be the only sprint triathlon being held in Ontario this year that will qualify participants for next years World Triathlon Championships in Chicago.
