Just a friendly reminder to be thankful today My Friends... Be thankful that you woke up today, that you & all of us here reading this post are alive & present in this very moment... That we have the opportunity within this moment & any other to live, love, learn & grow... That we have the ability to perceive & contemplate this human experience & that what happens to us does not define who we are nearly so much as we what we choose to think & do in lieu of these things... That we, at our core, are the expression of an energy that cannot end, one which fuels this life experience we share, while creating a bond between us that can not be broken... That despite what the narrow perspective of our physical attributes & our limited perspective of time may tell us, we literally can not be, nor will we ever be alone... Be thankful that those who didnt wake with us today are still with us & forever awakened among us... Be thankful that though we are still together, we will be even closer together soon when we too join them... Be thankful that no matter how sad, lonely, angry or bad we may feel on any particular day, these things are not who/what we are, for they are merely our thoughts & feelings & we always have the choice, the opportunity, the potential & the power to persevere, endure, grow along with, go beyond & transcend these things... Be thankful that you are you My Friends, that I am me & that everyone around you are who they are too, because we are all students & teachers to one another alike... Remember that beyond these distinctions, beyond the delusion of our separateness, beyond our egoic level hang ups, thoughts, feelings, opinions, suffering & the barriers of our flesh, intellect & ideology, we truly are & will forever be one...
