Just a little advice. .. never have the Nissen Fundoplication Wrap stomach surgery for sliding hiatus hernia unless its a totally necessity!! Back to the doctor today for more medication and lost 4 more pounds. Ive lost total of 40 pounds now since December.This surgery has totally changed my life for the worst!! I hurt every single day and by the way things are going I guess this will be my life from now on. I just wanted to share this info. I wished I had researched this surgery prior to having it. I know I had to have it due to erosion of esophagus and stomach and polyps but I dont recommend it unless its a necessity:/ I MISS eating and having a normal life!!
