Just a little moan..... Please remember all my work is freehand, i dont use stencils and i dont take the glitter to the top of the glass for hygiene reason. There has been lots of debates (and arguments) regarding this. I feel i take care and make every glass as personal to yourself as possible and i make my glasses to be used, not just for show. And lastly i put prices next to as many of my photos as i can, i dont like it when you have to ask, like a lot of other pages do. Im in the process of making a new colour chart & price list. I always price any requests before i start the work and which ever price i quote is what you pay, there are no hidden charges. , I posted something this week and the postage was quite a bit more than i had quoted, but i never passed this on as it was my mistake. My little out burst is due to a friend ordering some glasses to give to a colleague who had purchased 6 glasses from a different site and after the first wash (following the instruction given) the glitter started to peel off, she had paid what i thought was far to much (£45.00 for 6) and when she moaned to the seller she was rudely told she was to blame and that was that. I believe the power of word of mouth is the best advertising you can get and feel sorry for all the people that have purchased anything from anyone thats not been upto scratch, all they are doing is harming all the genuine pages but id rather have a few hundred likes and repeat custom than thousand of bought likes which mean nothing.
