Just a pity that its tax dodging Amazon. French economist Thomas Pikettys new book on inequality is Amazons #1 bestseller and is sold out--used copies are fetching three times the retail price. Since the Occupy movement began in the fall of 2011, we have witnessed an awakening of long-dormant class consciousness and an upheaval in intellectual and popular culture around the question of extreme inequality.
