Just a quick update. Harvest is finished!! You can see from Henrys expression on the cover photo that it took a lot of concentration. The Sauvignon Blanc is tasting great - New Zealand Marlbrough style. The Merlot has just finished fermentation and is tasting good for a very young red. The Cabernet Sauvignon is in the tanks and fermenting now. All better quantities, ripe and clean - which is a relief after last year… Next up is the bottling of the Sanglier and the Ridgeback which we have sold out of completely!
