Just a quick update:Nam taken 2 hospital by ambulance yesterday because of pains in chest and heavy breathing.Finally got room in cardiac last night.They did several EKGs and dont think it was a heart attack.But problem is everytime she sits up or they take her to restroom she comes back and almost collapses and has severe chest pains again.(Pain level from 1 to 10 is an 8 she says).So last night tried doing 2 different tests 2 determine or rule out possible blood clots or an embolism and after 2 hours could not do it because they can not get a vein.(92 year old veins).So doctors gonna discuss possible options today.They took her porta cath out about 2 years ago(not quite sure why) so Im thinking they may opt 2 put it in again.Not sure but I promise 2 keep everyone posted.You have all been wonderful and I tell Nam every post, comment and text or call I get.She still is sharp as a tack.Thank you to my work especially Erin and Becky who told me not 2 worry about today and be with mom=much appreciated to you both as always.Ill be at work tomorrow unless something changes.x0x0x0x0x0x0x0x0.God is Good.
