Just a rant about Universal Orlando....!!! tried to purchase HHN tickets over the telephone as the web wouldnt allow us to buy the discounted price due for people with tickets to Uni already in hand..!! They explained I would have to buy a full price ticket as i could not prove i had already purchased admission due to NOT buying direct through them..?!! Bit of a rip off i reckon.... thats not advertised on the web when you try to buy a ticket....... Lady on the phone told me they didnt have the technology to link tickets to their site...... i promptly told her to have a look a few miles down the road at their systems because Uncle Walts had that one covered a while now...??!!!! I know its only approx £33 diff (per ticket though!!??) but its the principal.......
