Just a reminder for the next HS Trust North Kent Support Group Meeting. This will be on the 13th September 2014, from 14:00 to 16:00 at the Holiday inn Rochester: post code ME5 9SF. All welcome, and feel free to bring a friend for support. This a good opportunity to meet other suffers and share experiences in the comfort of a confidential environment, with complementary refreshments through out the support meeting. Finally to mark a year of successful meetings we will be staying for a social drinks/meal in the restaurant of the hotel. This is optional and friends/family are welcome to attend the social event after the support meeting. This is a great chance to relax with new friends met during the support group meeting. (please note the social drinks/meal are not complimentary)
