Just a reminder to all you folks out there. If somebody calls you stating they are from Microsoft, (insert other big named company here), do not go on your computer with them, and especially do not give them control of your computer. They are scammers, and they are trying to trap you into giving your credit card info, or even sell you fake support contracts etc. Hang up on them, and do not give them any information.They unfortunately prey on the elderly etc, so remind your parents/grandparents about this type of scam. It is always better to trust a local service outlet, then to trust some random stranger. If you have concerns about your system, I recommend you bring it in to your local service professionals and let them examine it. We are open 9 am to 5 pm, Monday thru Friday. Have a great day!
