Just a reminder to those people that drive around with Fog Lights on all the time..... Fog Lights are only to be used in fog or falling snow. Fog lights are not spot lights as some people like to think. They are non directional and are much brighter than other lights or lamps on your vehicle thereby dazzling and distracting other drivers. I have heard the excuse many times that fog lights that are not fitted properly, is the reason people get dazzled....this is not true. Fog lights are at the front of your vehicle. Fog lamps are at the rear of your vehicle. Both front and rear will dazzle drivers when used improperly. Driving with fog lights on, does not make you cool, you just dazzle other drivers, and annoy everyone. If stopped by the Gardai you will be prosecuted. Please check all your vehicle lights are working, and dont forget turn off your fog lights when not needed. - Mick.
