Just a thought about a democratic process at Formula 1 and Formula 3, Installing a new driver of a racing team because the old one is not producing for the supporters any results on the race track only gives the team a new driver not gain, the race track stays the same, the goal is still the same, hence nothing really changes, the team keeps its slow monetary pipeline, milking the economy of supporters by installing new drivers. Drivers should be elected by the people for the people and their finances transparent. Drivers should not be installed. Supporters need a breakdown of the type of car, its previous history, its performance and if the driver is fit to drive that car round bends. As some drivers just keep crashing under pressure which costs the team money and supporters embarrassment. Know your car, know your driver, know your track, dont believe the hype :-)
