Just a word or advice before you make a video against the police - TopicsExpress

Just a word or advice before you make a video against the police trying to prove a point... do just a litttttttle bit of research on the law and your rights. 1) The probable cause for the stop was no headlights (however many minutes after dusk that they are required to be on depending on state) 2) The officer had reasonable suspicion, that he matched a description of an individual that had a warrant, so asking for ID is appropriate. (The officers would have to articulate that suspicion with specifics but I wasnt there nor do I know the description of the person that has the warrant) so lets move on. 3) I did not give you consent to walk the dog around the vehicle! Sorry buddy, no consent needed to walk the dog around. The dog then hit on the vehicle, which in turn would be the officers probable cause to get everyone out of the vehicle and perform a search. The man is actually pretty lucky that the officers were as nice as they were, some that I know he wouldve been forcefully removed from the vehicle way before he was here. Oh and if you are so concerned for your 2 week old child in the back seat, you probably should not be blowing the f bomb and making the ruckus that he was. So anyone who thinks these officers were doing something illegal, I encourage you to do some research.
