Just added the smoked sausage to the gumbo....chickens were boiled last night to use the stock to add back in thru the night---we de-bone---, but first the roux veggies trinity + wine saute + secret seasonings and spices...oysters going in, about an hour before READY to serve....Chaytons presents just done,and I am, we are blessed....Happy Birthday Jesus....and Merry Christmas to all family and friends... far and wide... Play this for an old fashioned Christmas Sound on your new electronics...
