Your order is received and your credit card is pre-authorized but NOT charged immediately. They manually go into each and every order to apply the promotions such as free shipping when the order is confirmed and sent to the picking department. Though the bill claims you were charged shipping when you confirm your order online, the real charge to your credit card doesnt happen until they physically look at your order and removed the promotional deals from your order. This might clarify any concerns you may have regarding the free shipping and/or any other discounts for each weekly promotion.
