But rather, the God given right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness are Certain. As in Absolute, indubitable, incontestable, irrefutable. Given by God, and man and government can only protect them not grant them, or take them away except with with due process, and they arent meant to be enjoyed at the forced expense of others.
