Just an update regarding the famous wood sellers on the corner land of Link Road. I have spoken with the owner of the wood company and informed him that i have in my possession a letter from the Landlord allowing the removal of ANYONE on this land illegally. It appears that the Estate Agent who has their board on the land, over-stepped their boundaries and told the wood owner he could stay there. I cleared the air up and in fairness, have given him till next Friday, the 8th August 2014 to vacate the property, failing which i will arrange for SAPS to remove him physically. I trust this will ease matters and moving forward, permission will be given to SAPS, TVNW and Complex Patrols to move ANYONE else on from this land.
