Just arrested a male suspect in Badenhorst Road, Blackheath Just after 20H00 we received an alarm signal from one of our clients homes in Badenhorst Road. Officer James Ratsilane was dispatched and arrived on scene a minute later. Control contacted our client who confirmed that they were not home at the moment. Upon arrival, Ratsilane reported to Control that hed spotted an unknown black male suspect inside our clients property and was about to apprehend him. Backup units were dispatched to the scene and arrived moments later to find the suspect already detained by Ratsilane. Fairlands SAPS were contacted and arrived on scene shortly afterward to take care of the suspect. Unfortunately, the Police Officers reported to our Officers that they were going to release the man later on in Windsor, on the grounds that he had not yet committed a crime (the home showed no signs of forced entry). #StayVigilant #StaySafe!
