In a nutshell, it says that if we want to keep Bathurst from disappearing altogether, we have to support people like Gary Winsor and his Infosac Flyer Distributors, a local entrepreneur, to maintain and build our local economy. The Financial Post is a pretty reputable publication. If their advice is to support people like Gary Winsor, then maybe we should do it.
