Just back from a really enjoyable rideout in Raphoe on an exceptionally beautiful sunny September afternoon followed by a very tasty BBQ afterwards in Mc Crabbes with a decent raffle and auction all in aid of Donegal Hospice which works tirelessly to make life comfortable amid the ravages of cancer which unfortunately is a disease that afflicts the majority of families in Donegal. Hats off to Alison and Angeline who worked tirelessly for weeks to gather spot prizes and support for what was a wonderful day and the high esteem the Mc Crabbe & Temple families are held in the community was evident from the wonderful raffle and auction prizes and of course the fine turnout from the equestrian community in Donegal. Well done to all and looking forward to the hunting season starting shortly
