Just back from our clean-up on route 12............for the love of God we filled all the bags we were given and then had to retrieve a few of our own. It was lots of fun! We have a new appreciation for road workers and although we never did anyway, we will NEVER throw as much as spit out our windows again. The big bonus for me was that I found a $20 bill, no kidding! down in the muck of the gully by the Mobile station. Its all crappy but still will work as currency ~ Ill donate it to the A Bay backpack program. We encourage everyone to get out there and be a part of the New York State Adopt A Highway Program.
