Just back from the marriage show - Full house , much laughter and some highlights including Sissy and Bill - married 64 years. Bill secret to a long marriage turn your hearing aid off . I had a lesbian couple - lovely ladies who met on a site called Plenty of Fish and last week were legally married in Seattle. And while 800 people applauded and laughed, one elderly couple stood up from the front row and walked out and doing so said the word disgusting. I ignored it and we carried on. It must be difficult for the older generation to accept I am sure but what a shame they left. We met Sylvester, a recently retired police officer from Chicago who had lost his first wife, been shot in the line of duty twice and his new wife. David , married a week and when asked by me why he had fallen in love with her , smiled and pointed at a pair of breasts that made Pamela Andersen look flat chested.............and so I had a close up look myself and how the audience laughed. Yep, it was a great marriage show thanks to the people who volunteered to come on stage. I know we have more bells and whistles and huge shows and brilliant entertainment areas but you know what..............a funny bit of audience participation is still very hard to beat. wywh
