Just because a Cebu Pacific manager acted in excess of his authority a mother and her child were subjected to unnecessary stress and inconvenience not to mention the humiliation they got in a public place. Yes, eventually the problem was sorted and in favor of the passenger but the damage is done and that is something you cannot recover, question is why did immigration not stop the child from boarding on account of his passport? Is this so called manager the new immigration officer? I regret ever trying out your service, good thing your unprofressional staffs is a clear red flag not to fly with you ever again.
