Just because nothing physical happened to me doesnt mean Im not screwed up .. I mean I understand and comprehend basic information . I can start the process of processing my thoughts .. I can count and solve certain problems . However the problems I cant solve sends me for a spin . Getting trapped in emotions that causes me to lose my direction .. If I keep straight thats only because of the anxiety I will face for turning the corner .. If I go backwards I feel and step into a world of depression .. And if I dont move at all suicide races threw me .. I cant win because all these feelings are within .. And we all know people dont believe what they cant see .. So everyone who loves me is currently looking pass me .. I dont know when I became this being without a sense of being .. I just know writing it down still gives me life .. Its that last breath of air that helps my soul breathe whatevers left threw my body .. Its what keeps me holding on .. Writing helps me travel threw my storms .. No matter if its freezing or desert warm .. From all my hurt I form a poem .. 💜
