Just because something isnt a lie does not mean that it isnt deceptive. A liar knows that he is a liar, but one who speaks mere portions of truth in order to deceive is a craftsman of destruction. And pity—people who get someone else to take care of you, to feel sorry for you--that takes a lot of strength, smarts, & manipulation. Very powerful people. There are those whose primary ability is to spin wheels of manipulation. It is their second skin and without these spinning wheels, they simply do not know how to function. They are like toys on wheels of manipulation and control. If you remove one of the wheels, theyll never be able to feel secure, be whole. Ive made a lot of mistakes. Ive bonded with some people who use you, and some people that take advantage of you. Im just a giving person, I feel that if your intentions are to use or abuse or take advantage of me, then you might get what you get in the meantime, but theres still a price to pay. If you live long enough, youll make mistakes. But if you learn from them, youll be a better person. Its how you handle adversity, not how it affects you. The main thing is never quit, never quit, never quit. Don’t let 1 or 2 or 3 people who have used you, shut you off to everyone. There are still good people out there…
