Just did a 30 minute circuit that I created. Very effective. Later I think Ill walk/run for another 30 mins and give my elliptical a break. Feels so good to be back in the groove. Ive worked out basically every day with the exception of yesterday for the past 2 weeks. And the the 2 weeks prior to that was 3-4 days. A day or two of rest per week is vital, for sure, to allow the body to recover. Even if its active rest. Happy Sunday.
