Just do this once and then tell me the difference in how your day goes. In stead of just rolling out of bed and starting your day do this that which I am doing as I type this. Get up an watch the sunrise, meditate on your slow steady breathing for five to ten minutes. Pray or do whatever it is you do spiritually. Now reflect and give thanks about everything you are grateful for. Now in a journal wrote down whatever comes to mind. How you feel. What you need to do. How good you feel. The taste of your coffee. Take a few more deep breaths a look at your surroundings. Smile. Take it in. Now read. Read just 1 chapter of a book you want to read and if you can get 1 or 2 daily readers with todays lesson an read one or two. Now think again of all you are grateful for and also of at least one person to forgive. Now this takes all of 30 to 45 minutes but tell me. How awesome do you feel? I do my best to start my day this way every day and my life quality has increased ten fold. Join me :)
