Just finished NAMI fundraiser auction dinner. First course was meat and cheese. The middle lower meat was reindeer mortadella from Panhandle Provisions. Next was Corn Con soup (Peruvian) with Alaska King Crab. Followed by Coho salmon with Israeli couscous with Madeira soak dried fruit. Then som Lemon Acai sorbet from Coppa. Then veal OssoBuco with polenta. Dessert was individual deep dish cherry pies. Wines were very good. Great evening and fun company.
