Just finished reviewing reports for tomorrows Committee of the Whole (COW) meeting (starts at 2:30, everyone welcome). Its a pretty ambitious agenda (Im thinking that COWs propably need to take place more than once a month). We will be: deliberating the remaining 3+ operational grant; receiving an update from the DT Revitalization Committee; discussing Council travel and conference attendance; considering the revised major and multi-year grants policy as well as the Respectful Workplace Policy; considering a couple of parking issues, a proposed clean-up week plan, the long-term financial plan for the utility fund and finally an update on water and sewer receivables. Good thing I finished, my i-pad just overheated on this gorgeous day!
