Just found a New Restaurant to Me.. Tennessee Smokehouse? (Thanks Liz Aviles Craven for the Foodie Link) They have a Signature Dish - "The Cow & Pig Burger" Short Ribs, Brisket and Chuck Blend Burger, topped with Pulled Pork, Melted Cheese and Bacon... served on a Grilled Bun. Have to pass on the bun but that Burger sounds DIVINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ben Nichols, Chewy Nichols, Tom Apelar Right Gentleman????
