Just found an old Guest Service Fanatic card from Megan Doolittle dated 6/11/11: You demonstrated exemplary service by playing Jedi with a small child. Your dark side broom didnt stand a chance, but the force was strong with you! I remember that moment so clearly. It was a sunny morning during Star Wars weekend and a little child was passing as I was sweeping the courtyard. I challenged him and ended up dramatically falling (safely) to the ground in defeat. It was one of those magical moments where I knew nobody was going to tell me not to lay on the ground on the job because what I was really doing was bringing fantasy to life at a place where imagination is everything. And Megan cheered along as we played... Her incredibly sweet GSF phrasing made it even more worth it, and Ill always be grateful, because not only did she go out of her way and phrase things creatively to make a special moment for me, but her action also solidified this memory for me for all of time. Sometimes I REALLY miss working frontline, but regardless, I love being part of The Walt Disney Company.
