Just found out a god took a wonderful women. When my father passed in 2011 I spent 8 months traveling the east coast living and working on yachts and spending time with a wonderful couple. I learned how to be a first mate how to live on the water and how to just live free. Denise and Joe Gozdieski sorta took me in. I worked and would fill in as his teammate while she was fighting and recovering from procedures. I was her mortgage banker for years and did 4 mortgages for them as they bought properties at the shore. My mortgage days where over as the bubble burst and working and traveling was all that they could offer me at that time. Spending weeks on the water with a loving couple you become close, you go from friends to family. I played soccer with Mike Gozdieski and always looked up to Joe Gozdieski growing up he could do anything with a soccer ball, BMX bike or a snowboard. They were sorta the old school couple, did their own thing and were a Team like my mom and dad and I appreciated that. I was a trouble maker growing up and a wild man in a small town of gossip at the Jersey Shore, but they trusted me with their mortgage and I worked hard for them cause she always treated me with respect. They showed me the whole east coast from NY to Miami by boat and let me just have the time to let it sink that my mom and dad and sister were gone. They said you need to get used to meeting new people and not being afraid. Thanks Denise for all those drinks and meals and the time to be part of you and Joes adventures. He loved her and she helped raise his children and was never one to pass judgment, a Real person. Her husband put her first and was loyal to her like a gentlemen and Im going to miss you girl. I know tonight your pain is gone and your with my family. Got some pictures of my time on the water and some of the best meals of my life on the international costal highway. That year prepared me for my journey alone in this world and Im proud to be able to call you and Joe Family RIP Denise Gozdieski
