Just goes to show - it doesnt matter how important an industry is to the state and national economy, industries outside metro centres arent recognised. Local agriculture is more than producing food. Agriculture provides employment, generates wealth and builds community infrastructure and assets. And it provides this for generations, and in some of the poorest economic regions in the country. . . . . . but who cares???? - as long as those metro ambulances run on time!!! Time to step up Jaala Pulford MP this is an incredible industry full of hard working and passionate people who need a Minister willing to put a strong voice at the table. Jacinta Allen clearly wasnt up to the task, so lets see what youre made of. Rural Victoria will be watching, and have a longer memory than the goldfish metro voter the major parties pander too to keep them in office!
