Just got a sobering reminder that Leroy is not a guide dog! I wasnt paying attention and totally just stepped off the edge of a huge drop off at the Metroparks! Got my feet back under me about 6 feet down! I was able to scramble back up to the top. There was a whole lot of empty space below me, though. It was a huge drop off and LUCKY that I did not take a long ride with a rough landing!!! Denny was way more freaked out than me as I got out of a pretty tight spot--probably because she could see how bad it could have been! Not my time to die or get hurt really bad today! Feeling blessed.
