Just got back from a wonderful 21 day disease reversal program at Gorkarn (near Goa) where I co-facilitated for the last 10 days. It was amazing how much peoples health and overall wellbeing improved in just three weeks of a whole foods, plant based diet and a lifestyle more in tune with nature and their inner wisdom. These kinds of experiences give us faith that our health is truly in our hands and within our reach, and that when the experts say something is incurable, they mean it is curable from within.
