Just got done listening to the cd of the deep and touching message Robert Bagwill preached on Sunday. After praying for several different things tonight, I started really thinking about the love and relationship Jesus deserves,eternity in Heaven, the way I and my loved ones are living, and what it REALLY takes to make it to Heaven (not what a lot of people think). I crave and desire to be whom God wants me to be, but tend to let my selfishness and desires get in the way...when in reality its not about me. I never truly new what the plan of salvation was, what it was like to go to a church that genuinely cares about you and your salvation and is there whenever you need them for anything, until we started going to Apostolics Fairbanks.Then while laying in bed I prayed some more..then started listening to music.I came across the song again dancing in the sky which sent me even deeper into thought.(My dad).How many loved ones that we assume made it to Heaven are truly in Heaven? If our time is near and we arnt where we should be, theres no second chance...thats it!! Breaks my heart more than anything else in the world to know that a lot of loved ones and friends will not make it due to disbelief, not being baptized in Jesus name, receiving false doctorine ect. Shoot, who knows if I even will if I dont change things that displease him and put him first in EVERYTHING I do. I am begging my friends/ family that live in Fairbanks to join me for just ONE church service or bible study atleast, giving it your all and having an open mind. At least give it a try, please.This is eternity were talking about folks. Youre life and materials here on earth are short lived and dont follow you when youre time comes.Jesus loves you and deserves a relationship with you, but wont force anyone to accept him.
