Just got in with Matthew from working on his Eagle Project. They started spreading the rock on the trail today.I think they worked about 6 hours today. Got probably a third of the trail done today. Hes gonna need 3 or 4 more loads of rock to finish it, then straighten everything back up , sow grass ,pick up some rocks, pick up some roots, yadda,yadda,yadda.Still lots to be done. But so much has been accomplished, and a BIG HUGE THANK YOU to all the guys who have donated their time and efforts.There has been so much help with this project I dont want to try and thank everyone because I know I would accidentally leave someone out. But one indvidiual who has been the one there everyday , who has used his equipment,time and knowledge and who without, this project just would not happen is Eddie Ritchie. Eddie isTHE man on this project,and Matthew, Tina and I are extremley grateful for all he has done to help Matthew with his Eagle Project. If you see Eddie around please thank him for all he has done to make this walking trail a reality for our community.
