Just got off the phone with a Sr. Management staff member at SIP regarding the issues with Bedford SIP and he was very appreciative of the info I gave regarding our horrible experiences and seemed genuine when he said he took them to heart. He also promised that he would use the knowledge to better train staff and make improvements. He also said that there is a new doctor coming this summer... His name is Dr. Greg Hanson and hes originally from the southern Monroe/northern Lawrence county area... There seems to be hope coming and he clearly understood that the Bedford office needs some improvement and expressed that they are working on it.
