Just got on my connecting flight to DCA from ATL and received a half broken message that someone had killed them-self. I could not read the full message so Delta let me off the plane to get a signal. The person was a friend, but not one I would call close. He had reached out to me 6 times in the last few months and I never responded b/c I was TOO BUSY. I am a complete wreck on the plane as I write this. The person sitting next to me is uncomfortable and all I want to do is get home and hug Arbo. WE AS A COUNTRY HAVE TO ADDRESS DEPRESSION AND MENTAL ILLNESS. This person always told me how much he respected my strength in difficult lsituations. Now I know why. PLEASE TALK TO SOMEONE & PLEASE FIND TIME TO LISTEN TO FAMILY& FRIENDS,
