Just great. There are people looking at the house next door. I had hoped its condition and lack of curb appeal would scare off any would be renters or buyers. I am so sick of crappy neighbors that have moved in and out of this house for the last 30 years, I do not want neighbors there. Wish we could afford to buy it and just tear the house down. Guess well have to settle for a privacy fence if some sort. I dont want to go through this again...
