Just had my weekly progress call with Tad Inoue. It was music to my ears. Im 23 weeks out from my next show. Tad: How many carbs are you eating? Me: About 200grams Tad: I want you up at about 400-450 this week. Me: Um, ok, WAHOO! Protein is around 200-250g and fat around 80g Rice, potatoes, whole wheat pasta here I come! Time to grow some more. I feel so much better already since the NY Pro. I was malaise and fatigued. I really dont even know how I managed to get on stage in NY. I was spent, totally Burnt out. I havent done cardio in 20 days and Im not planning on starting it up until next week. I love competing. I wish I could do every show, but after doing 13 shows in 19 months and 6 IFBB shows in 7 months I am listening to my body. Long term health is more important than anything. Time to train legs!
