Just had some time to think about The Josh Freeman benching. If - TopicsExpress

Just had some time to think about The Josh Freeman benching. If you look at his numbers over the last two years, and the last three games especially you can not make a case for him still being the starter. I am in no way promoting Glennon, but with the loses piling up a change needed to be made. We have a great running back in the making an all pro wr and a all pro in the making at wr. The defense is getting better and by the end of the year if they dont throw in the towel they will be a middle of the pack or better, remember one of the worst defenses to an up and coming. Lavonte david, mccoy, clayborne, revis, goldson, Foster, and spence. A good oline, and coaching staff that is still learning but has a lot of experience and did bring in some nfl coaches to help. I truly believe that they are seeing what they have in Glennon and if they need to will try to get a vet qb next year if they dont like what they see in him. I can say this what I have seen of Freeman I think the Bucs made the right call not signing him to a deal this offseason. If a nfl qb gets butt hurt over a coach and a non contract that tells me all i need to know about his leadership worst case you would think he would play lights out and move on to another team but instead he tossed in the towel at the start, not what you want in a franchise qb. So Buc fans its time to move on and start a new era. I really liked Freeman but look at his collage career he should have never been a first round selection and we all said it when he was drafted. Lets do this the Arizona game lets Dungy it not get hyped but not jump of the ship lets watch this guy progress and support him he is your qb for now and booing him does nothing but putting a young man down before he has a chance .
