Just heard a trainer on the radio give the following advice: (For the guy trying to lose weight): trim your carbs down to what you need for energy like some white bread in the mornings. (For the guy trying to bulk up): Add a protein shake at night after dinner with water, or if he needs more calories some soy milk... Not regular milk bc theres too much fat. People give this guy 100s and 1000s of dollars for advice thats proven to be bad with the ease of a google search.
