Just in case Congress thinks that we havent noticed... So many pieces of proposed legislation have been passed to committee to languish there and die quietly. Thats because in an election year some Congressmen dont want to tackle issues like immigration reform, raising the federal minimum wage, refinancing of student loans, feeding the hungry in America, improving the environment, restoring veterans benefits, or increasing taxes on the 1% of Americans who keeping getting richer each day. Well, Congressmen, the 1% can buy you a lot of votes - but money cant buy you my respect. Quit obstructing our government! Take a stand on issues of the day, for the sake of us all.
