Just in case I missed anyone in my text last night... Great job tonight!! You guys really impressed me... you all stepped up your game... hit stunts that have been a struggle, you had positive additudes about changes that needed to be made. You stepped up to support and encourage eachother, you were focused, and you hit that dance tighter and better than you ever have... like I said you really impressed me tonight. I have had a vision of what I have wanted this team to be. Its about supporting eachother, its about giving all you have to this team... then when you think you have given all you have, reach deep down and give a little more. Like thinking that you can do 100 crunches and then when you push eachother you find out you can do 600! Thats how you achieve greatness! Think about the words on your Elite shirts... what does that mean to you? I want you all to think about it and I want a text from all of you telling me what YOU are going to do to step up and do your part to push this team to a new level of Greatness! Thank you for being the amazing group that you are... lets hit this hard on sunday so we can blow this up in santa cruz!!
