Just interview a 39 yo lady for a position of Manager role. It took me less than 10 mins, Why? Questions & Conditions set by candidate: 1) Cannot work long hours. Must release her by 530 pm 2) Cannot travel 3) Cannot work on Sat ( even though we are 5 days work week, but occasionally may be required because of international clients requirements during busy periods) 4) Expected salary ; Min 5.5 k because last pay was 5K ( even though not been working for a year) - Also have two kid at home, and cost of living very high 5) Work Life Balance have or not? 6) Training provided? Although already working for some time, but require at least 4-5 months trainings 7) Oh...I am Singaporean. I smiled and asked her any other things I should take note of?
