Just noticed that while driving sa downtown recently there has been an increasing number of trisikad and tricycles on the road. This was taken at Bolton-Rizal St. @ 6pm. I know for humanitarian purpose that they be allowed to ply certain streets. Im just curious because I also noticed that they do sudden U-turns and do not follow traffic light rules. Not safe at all for other vehicles and their passengers.
